Gmail service by Google has facilitated an efficient way for organizing emails. It has brought innovative ideas for emailing. It is common that users see distracted when they miss something, especially an important thing. Confusions on the emails that don’t appear in the inbox are going on, some complaints they can’t find the chats etc.

Where Is My Gmail Chat Or Chat History?
If you want to go back to the earlier conversation you had with your one of the friend and the chat is not seen follow the steps below.
- Open your account
- Go to left side, there you will see ‘More’ drop down list
- In the list select ‘Chats’ option. You will get all the conversations made and use the search bar on the top to find particular conversation.
During chatting, if you want to let others know about your last seen, the device you use etc. Then, click on the arrow and the setting panel will be available.

Gmail provides three different tabs such as, Primary, Social and Promotions. Users can see the emails send by their contactors, friends under ‘Primary’ tab and all the notifications from various social networking that you are into from ‘Social’ tab. The Promotions tab is for the promotional emails like, the mails from the sites you have registered for employment opportunities etc. You can check the emails accordingly on these tabs so, won’t get confused with all the mails.
The categories can be even seen under the category label.

How to Find Archived Mails of Gmail
When the mails are selected and put to archive, your mails will be removed from ‘Inbox’. However, the emails can be found in ‘All Mails’. Where are the ‘All Mails’ folder?
Click on the ‘More’ option situated in the left part.
From the drop down list, choose ‘All Mail’ and search for the mails, you will find them here.

In-order to mark the mails as important, put a tick mark on the checkbox provided at the side of each emails. Check the important mails from the ‘Important’ folder seen in the ‘More’ drop down list.
Where Are The Labels?
Gmail allows the creation of new labels accordingly.
Select the emails which you want to store in different label and go for the label tag.
Give the name for the label and click on ‘Create’.
At the left side you can find the label created.
On the side of the label you can see an arrow which leads to many settings. If you need to hide or remove the label, the choices can be selected from the list.
