THESE TERMS OF USE DETAIL IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN ASSOCIATION WITH YOUR USAGE OF SUPPORTWARE WEBSITE, SUPPORT SERVICES, AND INTERACTION WITH SUPPORTWARE. YOU ARE RECOMMENDED TO READ IT CAREFULLY AS IT CONSISTS OF SIGNIFICANT INFORMATION REGARDING SUPPORTWARE SERVICES. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT CONTAINS INFORMATION REGARDING THE VALIDITY OF SUBSCRIPTION BASED SERVICES, PAYMENT, UPGRADATION / RENEWAL OF SERVICES, REFUND POLICY, AND PRIVACY POLICY. ON ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE CONDITIONS DEFINED AND THEIR IMPLICATION BY EMPLOYMENT OF SUPPORTWARE SERVICES.
THESE TERMS OF USE, ALONG WITH ANY / ALL ACCEPTED PLAN ORDER PUT FORWARD BY YOU (THE USER), ADDITIONAL TERMS DEFINED FOR YOUR PLAN ORDER WITH THE PRIVACY POLICY STATES THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT MADE BETWEEN YOU AND SUPPORTWARE. The Plan Order will be considered a part of the 'Agreement' only when similar acknowledgement has been provided by SupportWare in written or mail. You are required to agree with the Terms of Use defined in this document to be eligible to avail the services of SupportWare.
Some of the conditions defined in this Terms of Use agreement are also present in the SupportWare Privacy Policy and are integrated with reference to these terms.
Trademark SupportWare can be applied to use only by SupportWare, its affiliates or wherever applicable.
Without any Plan Order, services will only be made available once its respective payment has been made for, as per the requirements of associated Plan Order. SupportWare does not take responsibility of rendering services under any given plan if the associated payment for the same has not been made by the user.
You are required to understand that different plans have different payment structure associated with them. Service, Activation, Annual/Monthly Subscription, are some of the featured payment plans associated with services rendered by SupportWare. All payments related to the Annual Subscription plan are supposed to be made before the commencement of the respective service subscription cycle.
On subscription of our services in accordance with the terms of use, you acknowledge that the subscription be renewed / upgraded automatically, unless prior notification for the same is not provided by you to SupportWare. A reminder email will be sent to you (the user/subscriber) on your registered email address with SupportWare 30 days prior to the expiration of subscribed plan along with the option of terminating it. On receiving no response from you, SupportWare holds authority to use your registered credit card details or other payment details to charge the continuation of your subscription. To delist your subscription from auto renewal, you are required to drop a mail for the same with customer service at SupportWare.
In case of failure at providing any solution at all within the subscription duration, SupportWare is accountable to issue a complete refund of your payments made for any plan subscribed. If one or more issues have been resolved by SupportWare Technician working on your issue, no refund will be made. Nevertheless, in no case, shall a user/consumer of SupportWare services demand for a refund post 30 days of plan purchase.
Regardless of this, SupportWare is authorized (at its sole discernment) to agree refunding a portion of subscription charges after deduction of customer service charges in exclusive cases. The amount of refund is directly repaid to the registered credit card or source of payment registered with SupportWare, used for the payment of the respective subscription plan. SupportWare shall transfer the refund amount to a different account subject to submission of supporting documents/details asked for by SupportWare.

The SupportWare Privacy Policy, which happens to be a part of this Terms of Use agreement, is merged here with reference to privacy policy. The user is advised to review SupportWare Privacy Policy before agreeing to the Terms of Use, if not yet done.
